Speaking as the 'Anglo' part of the company, I am Janet Shaw-Rutter, (formerly a senior lecturer in law at UWE Bristol), I now live and work here in Austria. My husband and I bought our property in Ramsau 6 years ago. We have personal experience of buying, and then renovating, a property in a foreign country - so we understand concerns you may have!
